I’ve just watched a video demo of the new Babyliss Pro Perfect Curl styling tool on YouTube and am so gobsmacked I just have to share… I have never seen anything like this before!
It works by drawing sections of hair in (literally looks like it’s sucking it up!) to a ceramic curl chamber, which looks like a cylindrical clamp, where it is held and heated from all directions. After 4 beeps, hair is released into a perfect curl - and the process is repeated. I’m guessing the hair must twist around some kind of barrel inside the ‘curl chamber’ while it’s heated.
Here’s the YT video that inspired me…
Pro Perfect Curl can be used on all mid to long hair types and has three heat settings up to 230˚C according to your preference for loose waves, soft curls or defined curls. It will be available exclusively in Sally's and Capital hairdressing wholesalers from the end of March, priced at around £120+VAT.
Could this be the one to lure me away from my beloved Babyliss Big Hair? I’ll be first in line to find out!
