My nail polish addiction is no secret to regular readers or my Instagram followers, but getting nails to dry pronto (pre smudging) is always a challenge. Not to mention the inevitable post-paint loo call *every time* - when will I learn?! A recent addition to my stash - Bourjois Instant Dry drops - has reduced the choredom by substantially reducing dry time.
Instant Dry is a clear liquid applied using a rubber pipette attached to the lid… just one drop at the base of each painted nail bed is all that’s needed. It seems to spread naturally over the nail - and a little on the cuticles - which is fine as it nourishes those too.
I used it here over Bourjois So Laque Glossy in Peace & Mauve, without any top coat. It works fine alone over polish, though I get best results when using the drops over a top coat. A quick note on Peace & Mauve: the formula is quite thin so I needed 3 coats, but all is forgiven thanks to the prettiest lilac I’ve tried.
Anyone else hate waiting for their mani to dry?!
