I’ve been enjoying a little fling with Tigi Bed Head recently, using this little selection of products to add some oomph into dreary post-winter hair.
After cleansing with Dumb Blonde Shampoo & Conditioner (which smell like an old fashioned sweet shop - yum!) I work Superstar Blow Dry Lotion for Thick Massive Hair, through the top half of my hair to add volume and protect it from heat damage.
Before blow drying I add a spritz of Superstar Queen for a Day Thickening Spray (to the roots only) for serious va va voom! Stocks of this spray mousse have been flying off the shelves since Victoria Beckham tweeted about it yesterday here - it seems to be the secret volumising weapon for her new choppy bob! I then blow dry in medium sized sections with a large round ceramic vented brush using my beloved GHD Air, concentrating on the roots.
Here’s my final look on instagram (after I’d been out to lunch), sporting the fabulous Rimmel Apocalips in Apocalyptic… I was aiming for a relaxed smooth, relaxed hair style - not poker straight hair - and of course, volume!
